Tired of starting your week with manic Mondays? How often do find yourself worrying about the future, ruminating about the past, or spacing out rather than being present? Are you ready for a change? 

Mentally Fit Philly is collaborating with Culture Works Greater PhiladelphiaCalm Clarity, and the Inner Strength Foundation to offer Mindful Mondays once a month to create an oasis of calm in Center City for professionals to de-stress, relax, rejuvenate, and center ourselves in the present moment. Please join us to start the week in a positive frame of mind.

Mindful Mondays will run from 6pm to 7:30pm, once per month. Participants must RSVP for each event individually.  All levels are welcome. No experience necessary.

These events are free and open to the public. Please consider providing a suggested donation of $5 to support us (as a non-profit organization) to serve refreshments and to continue offering this program as a public service. You are also welcome to bring snacks to share.

We are an informal group of volunteers who have found that these practices enhance our performance and quality of life. We are putting together the Mindful Mondays program to share the benefits with a larger community.
